12 CONCEPT Baal Krishna is a new offering from Big Magic that will have Krishna himself narrate his childhood stories to Rukmani, his wife The show will essentially have Krishna talking to Rukmani, telling his childhood stints The whole stories will run in the flashback as how Krishna narrates them First time his stories narrated from Krishna’s perspective explaining the reasons and logics behind every thing that he did Various told and untold stories to be explored from a new perspective altogether Every story will end with a moral which will be presented in a very relatable manner which will bring a distinct level of engagement with the viewers

14 KEY CHARACTERS – 1. Kid Krishna- The mischievous 'Makhaan Chor' of Vrindavan who troubles everyone in the village but at the same time acts like a protector of people of Vrindavan 2. Adult Krishna- He carries his charm on his sleeve and is often seen teasing his wife around. He values relations and loves telling tales of his childhood. An ideal husband and an ideal friend 3. Yashoda- Foster mother of Krishna who played an important role in krishna's upbringing. A selfless woman who brought up Krishna like her own. A strict mother to a naughty child 4. Nandlal - Foster father of Krishna, he is the cow herd chief of the village. Yashoda often complaints to Nandlal about Krishna's mischievous behavior

15 5.Balram- The ideal elder brother of Krishna. He accompanies Krishna everywhere since childhood. He is silent, somber, simple but has a fiery temper that is fast to rise and quick to fall. 6. Devaki- Wife of Vasudev and mother of Krishna. A lady of strong character, although she has seen her children being murdered in front of her she knows that good always triumph over evil. 7.Vasudev- Father of Krishna, known for his consistent approach to life and virtue of being a truthful person, never uttering a lie in his lifetime. 8.Kansa- antagonist of the show-The evil brother of Devaki who had imprisoned Devaki and Vasudev as their eighth child would kill him. But after learning that the child was born he sent a lot of demons to kill Krishna. 9.Rukmani- The first and the most prominent queen of Krishna. A curious wife who wants to know everything about her husband.
