5 Safety Precaution before & during Run Do enough warm up Stay on the running track. Avoid running onto road. Don’t stop abruptly or block other runners Stay on the left when walking Avoid walking in big groups and occupying the whole track Drink water whenever you feel the need Report to any teacher if you are unwell during the run In the event of any inclement weather or lightening alert, proceed to the nearest sheltered area (bus-stop or HDB blocks) and wait for instructions from teacher.

6 From School to Starting Point (Team Marshal to Lead) Student will move from parade square to the main- gate. Cross only at traffic light junction outside school. Proceed to walk on the pavement along Sembawang Crescent towards start point. Report to holding area. Proceed to start point when instructed to. Look for signages for correct route and turns Complete race at ending point

7 Proceed to correct ending point. (See Signage) Slow down when you approach the ending point. Avoid over-taking at end point. Enter into the correct lane (look out for signage) Collect position cards (only for the top 10 runners) Collect coloured position tags (All runner within cut- off time) Drop coloured tags into House Box (points for House) Top 10 runners to report to End-Point Recorders to record name and class and proceed to report to End- point Official for instructions.

9 All students to proceed to school along the same route. Cross only at the traffic junction outside school. Report to parade square to collect valuables from Form teachers Proceed for canteen break Proceed to Hall for Hall segment (9.45 am) All students to be in the Hall by 10 a.m. Prize winner (Top 10) to report to Mr Afiq at 9.45 a.m.
