2. http://eacea.ec.europa.eu/tempus/index_en.php NATIONAL TEMPUS OFFICES ROLE Information and promotion activities  Promote and disseminate all information regarding the Tempus programme and other EU programmes in the field of higher education (eg: Erasmus Mundus)  Organise conferences, seminars, information days, and other actions and events to promote the Tempus programme and to exploit its results  Observe and disseminate the latest visibility guidelines concerning acknowledgement of EU financing of all Tempus projects and activities

3. http://eacea.ec.europa.eu/tempus/index_en.php NATIONAL TEMPUS OFFICES ACTIVITIES Assistance to potential applicants and to beneficiaries  Advise, inform and assist potential applicants  Organise information/contact meetings, seminars for potential applicants  Assist in the search of national or foreign partners (liaise with other NTOs or EU Member States National Contact Points)  Assistance to institutions involved in project implementation (in relation to visa, tax, importing equipment and contacts with local authorities)  Promote inter project cooperation and enhance synergy between projects
