2. Icelandic History  The history of Iceland is one of survival and prosperity. Settled by Norsemen from Scandinavia and Celts from the British isles in the 9 th and 10 th centuries, Icelandic history has always been shaped by events on the larger political stage of the Nordic Countries.  A man named Hrafna- Flóki was believed to have discovered Iceland with couple of other men.  A man named Ingólfur Árnason was believed to have found our capital, Reykjavík after sailing from Norway around 870.

3. Icelandic beauty You can find one of the most beautiful nature in the whole world here in Iceland. We also have the best water and the clearest in the world. We also have a very fresh air.

4. Sports in Iceland  Football (soccer) is a very popular sport in Iceland and our male national team almost made it to the world cup in 2014.  Handball is also popular in Iceland and our national male team is very good.  Basketball is problably the 3rd most popular sport in Iceland and our male national team is not very good.

5. Being a teenager in Iceland  It can be very fun being a teenager in Iceland.

6. About our school.  Our school is umm well interesting. Our teachers are not the most fun but they are very good and they teach you a lot of things.  The kids are very nice to hang out with.  And we also have a very good sports teachers.  We have a pretty big library and the employees in the library are very helpful and nice.  Soon we also will get a better furniture in our school and maybe a better playground.
