Willmar Public Schools offers our eligible employees the opportunity to save for retirement by participating in the Willmar Public School’s 403(b) Plan. You can participate in this plan by making pre-tax contributions

In general, you may contribute up to $18,000 in 2016. This amount may be adjusted annually. If you are at least 50 years old and/or you have completed at least 15 years of service, you may also be able to make additional catch-up contributions. Each catch-up has its own limits. Please work with your individual agent if this is an option you would like to pursue.

Determine which investment provider you would like to work with on a going forward basis Contact them. District approved investment provider partner effective November 1, 2008.

Complete a new Salary Reduction Agreement for the district’s 403(b) plan and return to district payroll. The form can be found on the District website. District > Staff Services > 403b

Complete the investment provider specific enrollment material. Your Investment Provider will mail this to your home address. Mail or fax back completed information to your Investment Provider

Access and view your account on planwithease.com. www.planwithease.com Enter your User ID and Password. Your User ID for your first login is your Social Security Number Your initial password is your Two digit month of your birth and The last two digits of the year of your birth (mmyy), then Select the Participant in the drop down
