Wonderful Everything about Jesus is wonderful: virgin birth, youthful answers, sinless life, authoritative teaching, wonderful miracles, astonishing claims, atoning death, miraculous resurrection, glorious ascension Jesus is unique and different, so many people were astonished, amazed, surprised, awed; they wondered at him (Mt. 15:31; 21:15; Lk. 2:18; 4:22; Acts 2:22)

Counselor God is a wonderful counselor (Isa. 25:1; 28:29) God gives us his counsel (Acts 20:27) God will give us wisdom (Jas. 1:5) Jesus is qualified to be our counselor: he is deity (Col. 2:9), he is man (Heb. 2:17-18), he is caring (Jn. 14:1), and he prays for us (Jn. 17:20; Heb. 7:25)

Counselor Jesus is wise (Isa. 11:2) Jesus is greater than Solomon (Mt. 12:42) Jesus has all wisdom (Lk. 21;15; 1 Cor. 1:30; Col. 2:3) Jesus counsels erring Christians (Rev. 3:18)

Jesus: Wonderful Counselor We need the wonder of Jesus in our life (Heb. 2:9; 1 Jn. 1:1-3) We need the counsel of Jesus in our life (Jn. 6:68) When we are in wonder of Jesus, we will let him be our counselor!
