Training and education on IP Project put out to contract: Construction of different courses: full range of contents: basic, specialized… meeting different needs - groups of objects Target: programs (syllabus, means of providing service, teaching materials…) experiment provision of programs for some 500-600 peoples

Training and education on IP Status: Selected no projects Reason: candidates fail to ensure objectives Difficulties - common in IP training: shortage of human resource lack of methodology & practical experience of how to identify groups with different needs & corresponding contents, measures, modals of training lack of academic scholars, so teaching materials

Training and education on IP Status: (2) no program of IP education and training designed specifically for SM E programs focus only on legal assets, not economical or other aspects needed by SM E

Training and education on IP Hope of IP PANORAMA model for countries to built up and run a similar program provide training service for SM E Questions of exploitation IP PANORAMA how to get access to the service (human, technical, financial resources needed) ? how to mobilize capable and responsible org. (such as NOIP and ASMED) to exploit it fully ?
