Roles and responsibilities within department Written procedures for Purchasing and Receiving, Management, Maintenance and Inventory, and Transfers, Disposals and Closeout Established control systems for preventing property loss, damage, and theft

NEW AND REVISED FORMS Sponsored Projects Equipment Disposal Request Rationale: Ensure disposal of sponsored projects property follows University procedures. Ensure transfers of sponsored projects property follow University procedures. Final Property Report Rationale : Anticipated changes to reporting requirements for Federal awards. Consistent disposal of University property. Assist with management of department property inventory.
