Roles and responsibilities within department Written procedures for Purchasing and Receiving, Management, Maintenance and Inventory, and Transfers, Disposals and Closeout Established control systems for preventing property loss, damage, and theft

3 NEW AND REVISED FORMS Sponsored Projects Equipment Disposal Request Rationale: Ensure disposal of sponsored projects property follows University procedures. Ensure transfers of sponsored projects property follow University procedures. Final Property Report Rationale : Anticipated changes to reporting requirements for Federal awards. Consistent disposal of University property. Assist with management of department property inventory.
