First Aid New Staff Induction First Aid Kit If you hurt yourself or feel ill in anyway, there is a first aid kit located in the bottom draw in the kitchen, look for the ‘+’ sign Inform your supervisor before you use the kit, if possible. All incidents and near misses must be recorded There is a register within the Members Area of the ASPEC Website, records the injury and any contents used to treat

HSE Management System New Staff Induction ASPEC holds a commitment to ensuring that no persons or the environment are adversely affected by its operations. All team members working with ASPEC are required to complete this Induction and agree to abide by all ASPEC and client HSE policies and procedures. Travel New Staff Induction All Staff travel is arranged through our Flight Centre Agent When booking travel please provide project code for your travel to invoice against

Expenses New Staff Induction Receipted expenses are to be stamped, using the Office stamp, completing: Name: Your Name Project: Project Number or if it is an overhead use: Overhead codes : Newcastle – AE020 Ford Territory Newcastle – AE06 Wollongong – AE035Toyota Kluger Newcastle – AE04 Perth – AE034Ford Territory Wollongong – AE07 Brisbane – AE029 Payment Method: Company Credit Card (you paid with your Aspec company credit card) Account payable (not yet paid so I need to pay it) Cash (ASPEC need to reimburse you because you have paid with cash or your own personal c/card) Billable and Non Billable This obviously only applies to Project Expenses and not overheads. Please tick if the expense is a billable expense (we can invoice the Client) or tick Non Billable (if we can’t invoice Client)

Staff Locations New Staff Induction Please advise your Supervisor if you are: On Site At Client Meetings On Training If you are sick/unable to come into the office please call/email your Supervisor as soon as possible.

Office Resources New Staff Induction There are a couple of ASPEC resources that you may be required to use Office Boardroom Should you need to use this room, make contact with Jacklyn, Flora or Barb and they will update the diary. Office Supplies We have a stationary supplies in the shelf next to the first printer as you enter the office. If there is anything special you require please see Barbara Druckmann

Office Housekeeping New Staff Induction Kitchen Please use all available appliances, common consumables eg tea, coffee, sugar etc. WASH all dirty dishes, DRY them and STORE them back in their correct location. Security Should you be the first person into the building, you will need to unlock the building and again should you be the last person to leave the building, you will need to lock the building. Use your swipe card to access the building during out of business hours and to access the car park.

Information Management New Staff Induction Project Set up Each Project has it’s own unique number which is recorded in a register for Brisbane A Folder for the Project is setup on the P Drive within a Client’s Folder by Document Control Project Folders contain various other relevant folders Project number is to be included in all documents
