4 Know your audience The psychology of design and why it matters Who are you designing for? What your readers see on their way to work … and why you should care Learn what they love and what they hate so you can deliver the in between Identify and incorporate feedback mechanisms

5 Include your designer Communicate early, often, honestly I have faith in you I believe in your ability to get the job done Tie all changes to business strategy
