FACTS – A RED LIGHT CAMERA TICKET TOTAL FINE IS SET BY STATE LEGISLATURE. CITIES AND COUNTIES HAVE NO CONTROL OVER FINE AMOUNTS. TODAY A CAMERA TICKET TOTAL FINE IS $490.00 WHICH IS THE SAME IF AN OFFICER ISSUES A PAPER TICKET. NO DIFFERENCE.
