2.  The work area is not currently ergonomically correct causing pain to the employees.  Pain results in employees calling off sick using PTO or FML.

3.  Work stations that are too low ◦ Causes back pain  Countertops that are too low ◦ Causes back pain  Bright white lights ◦ Causes headaches and migraines  Small confined space to work in ◦ Constantly running into each other  Cabinet handles that have sharp edges ◦ Causes scrapes and bruises

4.  The work stations can be raised up  The counters can be raised up and the excess counter top can be trimmed down to gain an extra 6incs of unused space  The lights can have a dimmer bulb installed  Rounded cabinet handles can be installed

5.  Back and neck pain caused by the low work stations and countertops  Headaches and migraines would go away  No more scrapes or bruises from the handles  Less PTO and FML being used

6.  In house professionals  Messer Construction  These workers would be able to fix all of the problems in one days time

7.  Put in the work order  Order the new light bulbs and cabinet handles  Project could take up to 2 months to fully complete

8.  The use of in house professionals would bring this project down to only having to pay for light bulbs and cabinet handles  Allowed amount set aside would be $100.00
