Design Statement Nowadays, a lot people wants to be healthy or loss weight. In project 1, I decided to do a Calories calculator for users who want to know how many calories they need for a day. ( a BMI & Daily Needs Calculator) Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to adult men and women. This is a simple but highly accurate scientific calorie calculator, along with 4 evidence-based tips on how to sustainably reduce calorie intake. Enter your details in the calculator below to figure out how many calories you should be eating in a day to either maintain or lose weight.
