Collective Bargaining – Following terms are negotiated Wages Salaries Employee security Grievance and arbitration policies Hours and days of work (length of shift and workweek) Overtime (rate of OT pay) Vacation and leave – vacation pay, type, duration, payment of leaves) Health and safety issues – Workplace dangers, equipment problems, stress Benefits – Pensions, health insurance, dental insurance Allowances – Clothing, car, moving expenses
