14 SYNOPSIS the SAPRC99f chemical mechanism is more sensitive to changes in ROG and NOx emissions than the Carbon Bond IV mechanism. the relative responses of the SARPRC99f and Carbon Bond IV chemical mechanisms to changes in NOx emissions are similar for environments with excess NOx concentrations.
