TAX-AIDE Level 1: Welcomes taxpayers and ensures a smooth flow at site Distributes Client Intake form and ensures taxpayers have ID and SSN (questions referred to LC) Assists LC to ensure that taxpayers with disability issues receive appropriate accommodation Level 2: Assists taxpayer to complete Client Intake form as necessary, ensuring all boxes are completed and explaining process to taxpayers Conducts initial interview to ensure return is in scope and referring tax law questions to Counselor and/or noting on form for further discussion Organizes taxpayer documents for ease of Counselor Regional Meetings – 20135
