Emne | 5. januar 2005 | ILWS – Uppsala 12-06-2007 | side 2 DNSC Agency Status Research in Denmark has been reorganized –Governmental research labs are fused with universities –Danish National Space Center (DNSC) is now a unit of the Danish Technical University (DTU) –DNSC is now >110 employees, with ~25 added from DTU, strengthening space instrumentation capabilities DNSC’s status as ”Agency” –National space actors are organized in a ”Danish Space Consortium”, with DNSC as the coordinator –DNSC maintains the contact to the Ministry of Research and Innovation –DNSC and the Space Consortium act as advisors on priorities for participation in ESA’s voluntary programs and appointment of representatives to various ESA boards –DNSC and the Consortium give advice to the Ministry on future directions and initiatives
