Conflict of Interest can be: Direct or Indirect Working in the same Institute/place with investigator Working for Sponsor Friend/colleague of investigator/ Sponsor Family members working with or in connection with sponsor/ investigator Working for other organization/ company competing with the Investigator/ Sponsor

The Procedure Set the SOP How to inform / declare Inform Chairperson Declare to the committee When to leave the meeting room From the beginning? Before discussion? Before making the decision? Fully participate in the whole process?
