One Ongoing Activity We are helping a US-based publishing company to get more subscribers for their magazine. Brief Process description: Pre-recorded voice (have 100+ pre-recorded prompt options which includes self-introduction, reason for the call and all the detail about the EDUCATION) Agents click on the prompt so a recorded voice speaks in customers’ spoken accent (If required) If the customer is ready to STUDY, we first collect the information then we transfer the call to the US agent Call will then be disconnected automatically and get connected to a new customer The call goes to US customers randomly

Currently, we are engaged in a non-voice process for a US company in passing information to public on higher education We are also engaged in a voice process for a UK- based insurance company to help accident victims claim compensation and justice. We are also engaged in a non-voice process for a US publishing company to get more subscribers for their magazine.
