Do you recognize yourself? The printer/copier doesn’t work when you need it as best… Toner is out when you are in the middle of an importent print/copy job… Instead of calling for service you are going to the next machine… You have less knowledge of how all the machines in the office really are being used... IT department are fully occupied with other issues.

Now there are a solution named e-Maintenance! It automatically calls for service when your machine is broken –whenever the error occurs! It monitors the status of your toner stock, and makes an order when necessary It makes a notice when a part in the machine must be changed, before the machine stops! You get control of how your machine is being used and can make better plans for the use of your copier/printers! The administration workload for the IT department are reduced!
