2. Purpose
Where is DNA found inside of a pea and what will happen when we take it out?

Hypothesis

3. Materials 1/2 cup of split peas (100ml)
1/8 teaspoon table salt (less than 1ml)
1 cup cold water (200ml)
Add 1 drop of soap Meat tenderizer
Alcohol
Filter/ strainer

4. Procedures Blend peas, water, and salt
Strain out the liquid from the solid and pour in test tube.
Add soap and swirl in test tube gently.
Add a pinch of meat tenderizer and swirl gently.
Pour equal parts of alcohol to the peas down the side of the tube.

5. Data Data Analysis Draw the test tube after procedures are done.
Draw your test tube after 10 minutes.
Explain your drawings.
Explain anything you did wrong.
