Accounts If you are currently using LearningExpress Library 2.0, complete any tests or tutorials this school year. After June 30, 2014, you will no longer have access to them. If you are a new user, begin using LearningExpress Library Version 3.0. You will have ongoing access to your tests and tutorials. Your LEL 2.0 account information will not transfer to LEL 3.0. ALL users must register as a new user. Workforce Skills for 21 st Century Learning is connected to LearningExpress Library 3.0. If you have an account for that, use it for LearningExpress Library 3.0.
