9  Off-Campus Program Offerings › Afternoon and Evening Classes › MUST be enrolled in 4 IRHS classes  To find details about programs offered AND to enroll in programs for 2016-2017 school year visit http://pimajted.org/http://pimajted.org/  Please see Mrs. Evans in the counseling office with any questions as soon as possible (Monday, Wednesday, and every other Friday)  Please remember to list the class on your course request form as an elective

11  Contract will be on the Counseling website  Must have own transportation and valid IRHS parking permit  Attach to Course Request form with parent/ guardian signature  Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment  In April, check with your counselor to ensure your class is offered  The contract does not guarantee you will be receive a first hour class in your schedule.

14  In state colleges now accept a CTE or Fine Art credit for admission  If planning on going out of state – please check university website for all requirements

15  WRT 101/102 1. Apply to Pima (www.pima.edu)www.pima.edu 2. Take reading and writing assessment at PCC 3. Attach test scores to course request form

16  Use your 4-Year Plan and your transcript to determine exactly which credits are needed to meet your graduation requirements and which classes best prepare you for college and/or career  Talk with ALL of your teachers about classes for next year ……. now  Also, include your parent/guardian in the conversation and decisions

17 Forms due: FEB 2nd Discuss summer school options with your counselor List 2 different alternate electives No alternates listed? Classes will be selected for you.

18  If you are planning on taking Aerobics or Yoga – be specific on the Course Request form as to which one you want!  If you are considering a D1, D2, or D3 school as an athlete – DO NOT take classes from Primavera. The NCAA Eligibility Center no longer accepts Primavera credits.

19  Forms are DUE: TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 2ND › Meet in the computer lab during your English class to enter your course requests  Write clearly  Complete thoroughly and please include:  Parent/guardian signature  Teacher signatures  First hour contract, Pima scores  Transcript attached
