2 Services Offers  As of today –  69 initial offers have been tabled representing 93 WTO Members  28 revised offers have been tabled representing 52 WTO Members  This analysis covers 67 of initial/revised offers (excluding offers not yet circulated in English)

5 Offers in CRS by Mode

6 Offers in CRS  11 offers have scheduled commitments at CPC 84 2-digit level  EC and 5 other offers have subscribed to the EC ’ s Understanding on Computer and Related Services (TN/S/W/6)  No existing MFN exemptions specifically on CRS

7 Offers in CRS  4 offers have foreign equity limitations  3 offers have limitations on form of commercial presence  3 offers have nationality/residency limitations

8 Room for Improvements  10 offers have no commitments  31 offers do not cover whole CPC 84  46 offers do not commit at 2-digit level  Less commitments in CPC 845 and 849  Mode 1/2 not reflecting liberal regimes  Mode 3 – remaining restrictions  Mode 4 – sector specific improvements
