9 SIGNAGE/PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS All promotion for the fundraiser (flyers, emails, social media, etc.) must clearly state where the proceeds are going (club budget, non-profit organization, etc.). 11 USING CLUB MONEY FOR EXPENSES Club funds can be used to purchase supplies/cover expenses for fundraisers (including fundraisers for non-profit organizations). 18 MILEAGE Club members or advisors who drive a personal vehicle for off-campus activities and travel can be reimbursed for mileage.
