4. 44 Withdrawals of Accreditation 2 withdrawals of AQMS accreditation were processed in 2013 as a result of acquisitions/mergers ANAB went beyond the AS9104/1 Transition deadline, due to multiple certified organizations remaining under the CB to be withdrawn. Moving forward…ANAB will withdraw, regardless of any remaining organizations. Request solution for any remaining organizations (e.g. new status of “Eligible for Transfer”) Thoughts?

5. 55 AQMS Minor NCR’s AR29 through public ballot and comments currently being addressed. If evidence of implementation is not received by day 75, suspension process will be initiated. This allows 2 weeks to ensure a suspension panel is ready to convene on or as close to the 90 th day as possible (provided NCR is not closed in this final 2 week period).
