Passwords & E-safety! Starter You need to use a secure password for your school account. The 2 most important things about your password are: 1. You have to be able to remember it easily! 2. No one else should be able to guess, or find out your password.

Logging In Logging in and creating our folders. Username: 07firstnameinitalsurname. 07jblogs Password: date of birth password Change your password (Think about what we discussed last lesson)

Creating Our Folders Messy/Tidy Room Messy/Tidy Room Messy/Tidy Folders Messy/Tidy Folders Create a folder called Year 7 in your ‘My Documents’ Inside your Year 7 Folder create a folder for each of your subjects. Do not use special characters ○ ICT = Good ○ ICT ~#X = Bad 10 mins

Sending Emails Open Internet Explorer Go to: vle.st-james.devon.sch.uk (This should be in your favourites.) Scroll down to the bottom and click on School Email Send an email to the person sitting next to you (Tell them a little bit about yourself) Reply to the email. 10 mins
