Acts 8:26-39 The present is all we have Acts 8:26-39 Eunuch only concerned with his soul. Rom 5:2, 11, 14:17, 1 John 1:1-4 Salvation should be every Christian’s daily joy. Rom 5:2, 11, 14:17, 1 John 1:1-4 We should hold on to that joy daily in spite of challenges of life.

What do all of these texts have in common? Show that our concern in life is for the present. Give up fretting over things of the past. It is easier to live one day at a time than many days that don’t exist (past or future).

Application Comes In SMALL STEPS Saving the lost in our community Strengthening my soul Growth in the local church Lay aside the past and future Be content with what you have. God has never let small size keep him from accomplishing great things.
