2. What needs to be in your research paper? You need at least 5 subtopics for your research. Think about what people need to know to understand your topic. Use your organization sheet to generate these ideas. These will become what you research for specifically.

5. Thesis Statement Location A thesis statement: Must be mentioned in your introductory paragraph Is typically the last sentence of the paragraph May be second to last if you have a transitional sentence Must be restated in your concluding paragraph Do not write it the exact same (word for word)
