Successful Benefit Night on Dec 1. Winter Lax: 4 Boys Teams, grades 4-8 played this Winter 22 Players attended at least 1 of 3 Winter Clinics, Boys Grades 4-8. Improved Website Communications: What’s Current, Riptide! HL Youth “Progression” Playbook Written Policy and Program Management. Changed Uniform Suppliers. In-Season Sponsorship Programs in Place. New Grade based Leagues (vs. Age). Program Highlights 2

Spring Coaches Meeting Objectives Communicate the key events leading to the Season. Start rationalizing the coaches and roster development for 2016. 4

HL Program Objectives 5 OBJECTIVE #1 (Active Membership): Membership: Greater than 200 players per year in U9+ (incl. boys & girls) At least 2 volunteer coaches per team At least 1 team in each U-level grouping Minimum 15 players in a single grade OBJECTIVE #2: (Member Costs): Charge players no more than $165 for normal season registrations in Season 2017. OBJECTIVE #3: (Member Retention) Zero tolerance for unsportsmanlike conduct by any member of the Program, to include a coach or a player. Retain 95% of players from Season 2016 to Season 2017. OBJECTIVE #4: (Seabrook Expansion) Add 10 new players from Seabrook before Season 2017 OBJECTIVE #5: (Long Term Program Health) Exit Season 2016 with at least 80% of annual fixed costs WITHOUT uniforms. Document the Season 2018 Annual Succession Plan on August 1, 2016, as part of the new Season 2017 Operating Year.

HL Program Strategies 6 #1 Foster player development within appropriate age- groupings (grades) & skill levels. (Objectives 1, 2). # 2 Allow for an affordable program for ANY player. (Objectives 1, 2, 3, 5) #3 Provide volunteer coaches the support & tools that they need to be effective on the field & return the next year. (Objectives 1, 3) #4 Create a GREAT experience so that players will return to the game. (Objectives 1,3) We are executing specific Tactics in support of the Program Objectives & Strategies

Coaches Registration Process Coaches complete the following before the Season Practices: 9 ALL Coaches, Every YearCosts U.S. Lacrosse Membership$50 Background Checks$41 TOTAL COSTS$91 U11-U15CostsNotes Level 1 Certification (US Lacrosse)$75Mandatory Level 2 Certification (US Lacrosse)$90Optional classes The League reimburses Coaches for the above expenses (submit by April 15). Coaches register online with Hampton Lax, similar to players. Basic Insurance for You & the League.

Rules Meetings 11 It is required that we have at least 1 person in attendance for the Girls and Boys to be eligible for NHYLA play. It is encourage that ALL coaches to attend. Rules Interpretation Meetings Nashua YMCA Boys - March 7 - 6:30PM Girls - March 10 - 6PM New England Lacrosse Convention March 6th Medford High School 9-1pm. $65 Exeter will do one in late March\early April. Bow and Hampstead are working on hosting them as well.

2016 Season: Indoor Practice 13 When: March 6, 13, 20, April 3 (Sundays) Note: Skip Easter Sunday Where: Seacoast United in Hampton Outdoor field times will be determined in a later date. Start socializing with your Program Coordinator on the days you want.
