Aims: To review the historic effectiveness of the current system To identify and consider relevant evidence To produce findings and recommendations for future apportionment arrangements for the Bishop’s Council to consider, with initial findings to be delivered at a meeting in the first quarter of 2014, with a view to bringing agreed recommendations to the Diocesan Synod as soon as possible.
