Every project concerning the implementation of educational applications must be accompanied by an “Implementation Guide” Recommend the standardization of the methodologies and practices, and even more the evaluation scheme. The availability of a standardization scheme is particularly important, as is the establishing of conditions conducive to change and to adaptation of the ways in which education and training systems are organized.
