Some of the worst atrocities in human history have happened because ‘the people’ voted for it.  From the video, what is meant by a “cycle of freedom?”  Interpret: “Freedom is like a garden, it must be maintained and watched lest it become choked with the weeds of oppression or taken by the forces of tyranny.”  Ponder: How can Democracy be kept from getting out of control?
