2 Cleaning of the Glycerin line 2 D 1& 4 D 1 ( ID 40 mm ) The two above mentioned lines was cleaned by the Veltrup System The following circumstances made it impossible to clean the uncut line Small 1.5 d bends Bad done welding seems Due to the above circumstances both lines have to be cut on 3 – 4 spots This could be avoided if the above line would be changed to 3 d bends welding seems done proper

3 Cleaning of run down line 1 F 1 2 F 1 to tank 31 + 32 Cleaning brings line back to orig. ID Avoids contamination of new product Product change possible without contamination of new Product

4 Cleaning of Evaporator 4 D 1+2+3 Heat exchange rate will be back to 99% after cleaning 1 mm incrustation will reduce heat transfer by 50% Bare Metal ( White scale is SS color )

5 Cleaning of feeder lines at Evaporators Blocked Pipe Cleaned to original ID

6 All cleaning done in-situ, no removal of equipment required

7 The Roto Fan System is able to clean your pipes back to bare metal The cleaning can be done in-situ, that saves money and time for dismantling Due to the fully automatic system the cleaning will be done very fast and efficient Pipes which has to be dismantled before and scraped can be cleaned now
