GTR9-2-06 28. & 29.03.2012 Page 3 Remarks: Providing technical specifications and PADI would offer - additional transparency of the FlexPLI design to the public - the access of other interested test tool manufacturers Other test tool manufacturers will have a positive effect on - minimizing possible supply gaps in future (related to the test tool itself and the spare parts) - optimizing handling and maintenance issues Similar approaches are observed in the Geneva activities of GTR7 - “Dummy Tool Box” activities - see GRSP-50-26 and GRSP-50-27

Are there restrictions for other tool manufacturers - like patents to be considered ? - generally to be considered ? Is the information of the technical specification and PADI limited to - complete test tool ? - components of the test tool (spare parts) ?
