2. Wonderful Words
Never let a thought shrivel and die For what of a way to say it For English is a wonderful game And all of you can play it. All that you do is match the words

3. To the brightest thoughts in your head
So that they come out clear and true
And handsomely groomed and fed-
For many of the loveliest things
Have never yet been said.

4. Words are the food and dress of thought They give it its body and swing And everyone’s longing today to hear Some fresh and beautiful thing;

7. Everybody speaks at least one language
Everybody speaks at least one language. The words we speak express our thoughts. We should always keep our thoughts alive.

8. Words feed and clothe beautiful thoughts
Words feed and clothe beautiful thoughts. We should immediately express the thought that occurs in our mind. We should not let it shrink and die.

9. They give them shape. We may be holding wonderful thoughts, but in the absence of words, we fail to express them.
