Preparing for college Application Timeline: Junior portfolio submission: May 24 th Junior College Bootcamp: June 16-19 ( You will be assigned to a one OR two day workshop depending on 15 week grades) College Application submissions by End of November. (6 MONTHS AWAY!!!)

CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITIES 23 campuses located thru out the state of California that offer undergraduate degrees. Admission requirements: 2.0 GPA (or higher) for CA residents; SAT or ACT is required for students with less than a 3.0 GPA; Certain classes (beyond the typical high school diploma requirements). Hundreds of majors!!! Yearly tuition cost/Costo de la matrícula anual – approx $8,335

Introduction What is EOP? What Can EOP Do for Students?

The CSU offer a program to assist students to no only succeed in college but to be able to gain admission into college. EOP, the Educational Opportunity Program is designed to help studentsgain admission into college as well graduate!!! CSU universities are becoming very competitive (hard to get into). Programs like EOP give students who do not have the strongest grades assistance to get into college as well as provide services like tutoring to be able to keep up with their college work. For this reason we will have all student prepare to practice applying for this program NOW !!!!m (on paper). What is EOP?

Applying to EOP High School Graduate or Equivalent Meet CSU Eligibility for Regular Admission EOP considers admission for students who may not meet regular admission criteria on a campus by campus basis
