5 Dec 17 Release: Educator Portal Enrollment and roster reports now display last modified date/time and user. User profiles now include associated assessment programs.

6 Dec 17 Release: Educator Portal Display alerts for CSV uploads. Current alert is a student enrolled in multiple schools. Test assignment now incorporates ASL.

7 Dec 17 Release: Educator Portal ‘ Spoken audio: activate by default’ and ‘spoken audio: read at start’ are disabled.

8 Dec 17 Release: Educator Portal Students can be manually transferred within and between districts.

9 Dec 17 Release: KITE Client Test directions now available while in test.

14 Incident Updates and Resolutions Test Records tab –Fixed Testlet Test Sessions from 2014-2015 still appear in the system –Fixed Roster upload being rejected but still creating rosters –Fixed, watching Unable to download file extractions –Fixed Invisible CSV Upload Errors file icon. –Icon been changed for greater visibility. TEC for EXIT of a student producing an error for test type required –Fixed TEC for EXIT, exiting but showing rejected –Watching EXIT Student Manually –Fixed

15 Upcoming Deadlines Test records for paper-based assessments due January 15 (this Friday). Test records for computer assessments due March 1. –Enrollment must be completed prior to test record creation. –Personal Needs Profile must be completed (if necessary). Note: Test records can be added via TEC upload or through the Educator Portal interface.
