Stress can be caused by a lot of thing and there are heaps of ways you can deal with it. My way of dealing with it is water

WATER Water helps me when I am stressed coze it helps me to see things much more clearly. Just the feeling of the water on my face and body its softness and coolness helps me to clear my mind of anything that is going on inside and outside my mind.

SWIMMING Swimming, when I swim I feel like I am in my own little world. Swimming laps of the pool is a great feeling. Sometime you might see thing differently like I do

GO TO THE BEACH Going to the beach is great diving into the water and seeing thing that live on the bottom of the ocean floor.
