The prevention of some ills (i dont know) is healthy lifestyle, lifestyle is a defensive against some ills = way to lifestyle include; Smoking should be avoided overweight should be a permanent change in food permanent stress, such as long travel by car should be avoided Alcohol consumption should be limited to 10 g of alcohol per day and more......

My lifestyle is still not good because I eating lot of sweet things.I trying to avoided sweets. So on breakfast i eat bread with some vegetables, and to school sometimes takes baguette with ham or vegetables. On lunch I go to dining room eat meal which prepare for us. And on dinner i got sometimes pasta with tomato sauce or bread with salam.

Because Lifestyle is factor which affect our health on 80%, is it a very dangerous number. I already debate about food ( up there), so let's talk about sport and relax. When we sport we feel stronger, if we end with sport we would be obese. Relax.We must relax to avoided stress. Stress is body burden bacause of affected of Ground effects.
